Private First Class Cody Allen Board, 19, of McKinney, Texas, was a U.S. Army infantryman killed by an IED blast in Kandahar, Afghanistan, on October 4, 2010.

Sgt. Karl Andrew Campbell, 34, of Chiefland, Florida, was a U.S. Army cavalry scout. He was killed by enemy small-arms fire on October 4, 2010, during a dismounted patrol in Babur, Afghanistan.

U.S. Army Specialist Ryane Glenn Clark, 22, of New London, Minnesota, was killed in hostile action on October 4, 2010, in Shekhabad, Afghanistan.

Staff Sergeant Willie James Harley Jr., 48, of Aiken, South Carolina, was killed in a hostile incident in Orgun District, Paktika Province, Afghanistan, on October 1, 2010, while serving with the South Carolina Army National Guard.
