U.S. Army Sergeant Issac Brandon Jackson, 27, of Plattsburg, Missouri, died on October 27, 2009, in the Arghandab Valley, Afghanistan, while serving with Company C, 1st Battalion, 17th Infantry Regiment.

Jared Donald Stanker, a 22-year-old U.S. Army Specialist from Evergreen Park, IL, died on October 27, 2009, in the Argandab River Valley, Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom.

Christopher Ian Walz, a 25-year-old American soldier from Vancouver, WA, served in the U.S. Army's 5/2ID SBCT and died in Afghanistan's Arghandab River Valley on October 27, 2009.

Patrick Oliver Williamson, a 24-year-old sergeant from Broussard, LA, served in the U.S. Army and died in Afghanistan on October 27, 2009.

David Lawrence Audo, an American Major from Saint Joseph, IL, served in the Army's 22nd Military Police Battalion. He was 35 when he died in Baghdad, Iraq on October 27, 2009.
