SSG Mark Alan Stets Jr, an American from Constantinople, CA, died on February 3, 2010, during Operation Enduring Freedom in Timergara, Pakistan.

Pfc. Zachary George Lovejoy, 20, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, was a U.S. Army infantryman. He was killed in a hostile incident near Forward Operating Base Sweeny, Afghanistan, on February 2, 2010.

CPT Daniel Preston Whitten, 28, of Grimes, IA, served in the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division and died in Afghanistan on February 2, 2010, during Operation Enduring Freedom.

Lance Corporal Michael Louis Freeman Jr., 21, of Fayetteville, Pennsylvania, was a U.S. Marine killed in Helmand province, Afghanistan, on February 1, 2010.

U.S. Army Specialist Marc Paul Decoteau, 19, of Waterville Valley, New Hampshire, was killed in action on January 29, 2010, at Forward Operating Base Nunez, Afghanistan.

CPT David J. Thompson, an American, served with Company C, 3rd Battalion, 3rd Special Forces Group, and was killed in action in Afghanistan on January 29, 2010.

Staff Sgt. Rusty Hunter Christian, 24, was a U.S. Army Special Forces soldier from Greenville, Tennessee. He was killed by enemy fire on January 28, 2010, during a patrol in Tarin Kowt, Afghanistan.

Scott Garland Barnett, 24, an American soldier from Concord, CA, was killed in action in Tallil, Iraq, on January 28, 2010, during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

U.S. Army Sergeant Carlos Edward Gill, 25, of Fayetteville, North Carolina, was killed in action on January 26, 2010, in Washington state, United States.

Sgt. David James Smith, 25, of Frederick, Maryland, was a Marine Corps Reserve member serving with 4th Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion during Operation Enduring Freedom. He died on January 26, 2010, in Landstuhl, Germany, from wounds

Sgt. Daniel McKinnon Angus, 28, of Thonotosassa, Florida, was a U.S. Marine killed in Helmand province, Afghanistan, on January 24, 2010.

Lance Cpl. Timothy James Poole Jr., 22, of Bowling Green, Kentucky, was a U.S. Marine killed in Helmand province, Afghanistan, on January 24, 2010.

Lance Cpl. Zachary Dylan Smith, 19, of Hornell, New York, served with the 1st Battalion, 6th Marines, 2nd Marine Division, based at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. He was killed in Helmand province, Afghanistan, on January 24, 2010.

Lance Corporal Jeremy Mitchell Kane, 22, of Towson, Maryland, was a U.S. Marine killed in Helmand province, Afghanistan, on January 23, 2010.

Petty Officer Second Class Qi Xin, 25, of Cordova, Tennessee, died on January 23, 2010, in Helmand province, Afghanistan, while serving with the U.S. Navy Reserve during Operation Enduring Freedom.

Staff Sergeant Thaddeus Scott Montgomery II, 29, of West Yellowstone, Montana, was killed in action on January 20, 2010, at a combat outpost in the Korengal Valley, Afghanistan.

PFC Hurt, Gifford Ethan Jr, 19, a native of YONKERS, NY, died serving in the Active Duty, ARMY, BATTERY C, 1ST BATTALION, 14TH FIELD ARTILLERY, FORT SILL, OKLAHOMA, during Operation Iraqi Freedom on January 20, 2010.

Technical Sergeant Adam Kenneth Ginett, 29, of Knightdale, North Carolina, was a U.S. Air Force explosive ordnance disposal technician. He was killed by hostile action in Kandahar, Afghanistan, on January 19, 2010.
