Sgt. 1st Class Phillip Cecil Tanner, 43, of Sheridan, Wyoming, was a U.S. Army soldier with the 541st Transportation Company. He was killed in action at Ali Al Salem, Kuwait, on October 26, 2010.

U.S. Army Specialist Thomas Adam Moffitt, 21, of Wichita, Kansas, was killed in action on October 24, 2010, in Paktika Province, Afghanistan.

Sergeant First Class Charles Montague Sadell, 34, of Columbia, Missouri, served with the U.S. Army's 1st Squadron, 71st Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, based at Fort Drum, New York.
