U.S. Army Specialist Calvin Matthew Pereda, 21, of Fayetteville, North Carolina, was killed in hostile action in Kandahar, Afghanistan, on November 12, 2011.

Private First Class Theodore Boykin Rushing, 25, of Longwood, Florida, was a cavalry scout serving with Company C, 3rd Squadron, 71st Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, based at Fort Drum, New York.

Private First Class Cody Robert Norris, 20, of Houston, Texas, was a U.S. Army soldier killed in a hostile incident at Kandahar Air Field, Afghanistan, on November 9, 2011.

Lance Corporal Nickolas Alan Daniels, 25, of Elmwood Park, Illinois, was a U.S. Marine killed in Helmand province, Afghanistan, on November 5, 2011.
