From SALEM, IL, CPL Hills, Casey Lee served with the ARMY, COMPANY C, 100TH BATTALION, 442D INFANTRY, PAGO PAGO, AS, and died on June 24, 2009 in CAMP VIRGINIA, KUWAIT. He was 23.

U.S. Army Sergeant Ricky Dewayne Jones, 26, of Plantersville, Alabama, was killed in a hostile incident on June 21, 2009, in Bagram, Afghanistan.

U.S. Army Sergeant Rodrigo Amilca Munguiarivas, 27, of Germantown, Maryland, died in a hostile incident in Bagram, Afghanistan, on June 21, 2009.

First Sergeant John David Blair, 38, of Calhoun, Georgia, served with the Georgia Army National Guard. He was killed in a hostile incident in Mado Zayi, Afghanistan, on June 20, 2009.

Staff Sgt. Joshua Allen Melton, 26, of Carlyle, Illinois, was a soldier with the Illinois Army National Guard. He was killed in action in Kandahar City, Afghanistan, on June 19, 2009.

Staff Sgt. Paul Gene Smith, 43, of East Peoria, Illinois, served with Troop C, 2nd Squadron, 106th Cavalry Regiment, Illinois Army National Guard. He died on June 19, 2009, in Kandahar City, Afghanistan.

SPC Keesling, Chancellor Arsenio, 25, a native of INDIANAPOLIS, IN, died serving in the Reserve, ARMY, 961ST ENGINEER COMPANY, 844TH ENGINEER BATTALION, 555TH ENGINEER BRIGADE, FORT LEONARD WOOD, MO, during Operation Iraqi Freedom on June 19, 2009.

Kevin Allan Dupont, 52, was a Master Sergeant in the Massachusetts Army National Guard. He died in San Antonio, Texas, on June 17, 2009, from wounds sustained in a hostile incident in Afghanistan.
