Lance Corporal Edward Joe Dycus, 22, of Greenville, Mississippi, was a U.S. Marine killed in Helmand province, Afghanistan, on February 1, 2012.

SGT William Chapman Stacey, 23, from Redding, CA, died on January 31, 2012, in Helmand Province, Afghanistan, during Operation Enduring Freedom.

U.S. Army First Lieutenant David Andrew Johnson, 24, of Horicon, Wisconsin, died on January 25, 2012, in Kandahar, Afghanistan, while serving with Company C, 5th Battalion, 20th Infantry Regiment.

Capt. Joshua Cole Pairsh, 29, of Equality, Illinois, was a U.S. Marine Corps Reserve officer. He died on January 22, 2012, at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.

Corporal Christopher Greg Singer, 23, of Temecula, California, was a U.S. Marine with 3rd Combat Engineer Battalion, 1st Marine Division. He died in Helmand province, Afghanistan, on January 21, 2012.

Capt. Daniel Benjamin Bartle, 27, of Ferndale, Washington, was a U.S. Marine Corps helicopter pilot. He was killed in a helicopter crash in Helmand province, Afghanistan, on January 19, 2012.

Joseph Daniel Logan, a 22-year-old U.S. Marine Corporal from Willis, Texas, was killed in action in Helmand province, Afghanistan, on January 19, 2012.

Capt. Nathan Ronald Mchone, 29, of Crystal Lake, Illinois, was a U.S. Marine Corps helicopter pilot. He was killed in action on January 19, 2012, in Helmand province, Afghanistan.

Kevin James Reinhard, a 25-year-old U.S. Marine Corporal from Colonia, New Jersey, was killed in action on January 19, 2012, in Helmand province, Afghanistan.

Master Sergeant Travis William Riddick, 40, of Centerville, Iowa, was a U.S. Marine assigned to Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 363 (HMH-363). He was killed in action in Afghanistan's Helmand province on January 19, 2012.

Cpl Jesse Wade Stites, 23, from North Beach, MD, served in HMH-363, MAG-24, died in action on January 19, 2012 in Helmand Province, Afghanistan.

U.S. Army Specialist Keith David Benson, 27, of Brockton, Massachusetts, was killed in action on January 18, 2012, at Combat Outpost Boris in Afghanistan.

Corporal Philip Daine Mcgeath, 25, of Glendale, Arizona, was a U.S. Marine killed in Helmand province, Afghanistan, on January 18, 2012.

Corporal Jon-luke Bateman, a 22-year-old U.S. Marine from Tulsa, Oklahoma, was killed in action in Helmand province, Afghanistan, on January 15, 2012.

Lance Cpl. Kenneth Eldren Cochran, 20, of Wilder, Idaho, was a U.S. Marine killed in action on January 15, 2012, in Helmand province, Afghanistan.

SFC Benjamin Brian Wise, an American soldier from Little Rock, AR, died on January 15, 2012, in Landstuhl, Germany, at age 34 during Operation Enduring Freedom.

Neil Isaac Turner, an American soldier from Tacoma, WA, served with the Army's 1st Battalion, 41st Infantry Regiment. He died on January 11, 2012, at COP Kherwar, Afghanistan, aged 21.

U.S. Army Specialist Michael Wayne Pyron, 30, of Hopewell, Virginia, was killed in action on January 10, 2012, in Bagram, Afghanistan, while serving with the 580th Signal Company.
