U.S. Marine Corps Corporal Jacob Carl Leicht, 24, of College Station, Texas, was killed in Helmand province, Afghanistan, on May 27, 2010.

Staff Sergeant Edwin Rivera, 28, of Waterford, Connecticut, served with Company A, 1st Battalion, 102nd Infantry Regiment, Connecticut Army National Guard. He died on May 25, 2010, from wounds sustained in Afghanistan.

U.S. Army Specialist Christopher Ryan Barton, 22, of Concord, North Carolina, was killed in a hostile incident on May 24, 2010, in Tsa Parkay, Afghanistan.

At 44, MAJ Culver, Ronald Wayne Jr of SHREVEPORT, LA was serving with the ARMY, HHT, 2D SQUADRON, 108TH CAVALRY REGIMENT, 256 IBCT, SHREVEPORT, LA, when he died in NUMANIYAH, IRAQ on May 24, 2010. Cause: HOSTILE.

U.S. Army Specialist Jason David Fingar, 24, of Columbia, Missouri, was killed in a hostile incident on May 22, 2010, in Durai, Afghanistan.

From MIAMI, FL, SSG Gonzalez, Amilcar H served with the ARMY, D CO, 1-64 AR, 2-3 HBCT (USD-N), and died on May 21, 2010 in MOSUL, IRAQ. He was 26. Cause: HOSTILE.

SPC Sokolowski, Stanley John Iii, 26, a native of OCEAN, NJ, died serving in the Active Duty, ARMY, SPECIAL TROOPS BATTALION,1ST HBCT, FORT BLISS, TX, during Operation Iraqi Freedom on May 20, 2010.

Staff Sergeant Shane Stanley Barnard, 38, of San Antonio, Texas, was a U.S. Army explosive ordnance disposal specialist. He died from wounds sustained in a hostile incident at Kandahar Air Field, Afghanistan, on May 19, 2010.

U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel Paul Robert Bartz, 43, of Waterloo, Wisconsin, died on May 18, 2010, in Darulaman, Kabul, Afghanistan.

U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel Thomas Patrick Belkofer, 44, of Perrysburg, Ohio, was killed on May 18, 2010, in a suicide vehicle bomb attack on a NATO convoy in Darulaman, Kabul, Afghanistan.

Lance Corporal Philip P. Clark, 19, of Gainesville, Florida, was a U.S. Marine killed in a hostile incident at Camp Dwyer, Afghanistan, on May 18, 2010.

U.S. Army Colonel John Michael Mchugh, 46, of West Caldwell, New Jersey, was killed on May 18, 2010, in Darulaman, Kabul, Afghanistan.

SSG Richard James Tieman, 28, from Waynesboro, PA, served in the Army's STB, V Corps in Heidelberg, Germany. He died in Darulaman, Kabul on May 18, 2010.

Joshua Abram Tomlinson, a 24-year-old American soldier from Dubberly, Louisiana, died on May 18, 2010, in Darulaman, Kabul during Operation Enduring Freedom.
