Elden David Arcand, a 22-year-old from White Bear Lake, Minnesota, served in the United States Army as a Private First Class. He was part of the 360th Transportation Company, 68th Combat Support Battalion, 1st Corps Support Command, based out of Fort Carson, Colorado. His unit was actively involved in Operation Iraqi Freedom, a military conflict that began in March 2003.
