Wilson Andrew Algrim, born in Howell, Michigan, was a young specialist in the U.S. Army National Guard. He was assigned to Company E, 125th Infantry of the 89th Military Police Brigade based in Big Rapids, Michigan. Algrim decided to join the National Guard with a commitment to serve his country during a time marked by significant challenges.
