CAPT Ryan, Timothy Louis, 30, a native of AURORA, IL, died serving in the Reserve, MARINE CORPS, HMM-364, MAG-39, 3D MAW, MCAS CAMP PENDLETON, CA, during Operation Iraqi Freedom on May 19, 2003.

At 23, SGT Straseskie, Kirk Allen of BEAVER DAM, WI was serving with the MARINE CORPS, 1ST BN, 4TH MAR, 1ST MARDIV, CAMP PENDLETON, CA, when he died in Iraq on May 19, 2003.

Staff Sergeant Aaron Dean White, 27, of Shawnee, Oklahoma, was a U.S. Marine killed in action on May 19, 2003, in Al Hillah, Iraq, during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

CPL Marencoreyes, Douglas Jose, 28, a native of ONTARIO, CA, died serving in the Reserve, MARINE CORPS, INSP-INSTR STAFF, H&S CO, LAV-AD PLT, 4TH LAR BN, CAMP PENDLETON, CA, during Operation Iraqi Freedom on May 18, 2003.

From BROOKLYN, NY, PV1 Sahib, Rasheed served with the ARMY, HHB 2D BATTALION 20TH FIELD ARTILLERY, FORT HOOD, TX 76544, and died on May 18, 2003 in BALAD, IRAQ. He was 22.

SFC John Edward Taylor, an American from Wichita Falls, TX, served in the U.S. Army's 3rd Special Forces Group and was killed in action on May 17, 2003, in Bagram, Afghanistan.
