On October 24, 2008, the ARMY lost PFC Eggleston, Cody Joel of EUGENE, OR in BETHESDA, UNITED STATES. He was 21. Cause: HOSTILE.

SSGT Hause, Brian Paul, 29, a native of STOYSTOWN, PA, died serving in the Active Duty, AIR FORCE, 20TH EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SQUADRON, SHAW AFB, SC, during Operation Iraqi Freedom on October 23, 2008.

Corporal Adrian Robles, 21, of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, was a U.S. Marine serving with Golf Company, 2nd Battalion, 7th Marines, 1st Marine Division, based at Twentynine Palms, California.

Lance Corporal Sim, San, 23, of Santa Ana, California, was a U.S. Marine serving with Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 7th Marines, 1st Marine Division. He died in Bela Ba Luk, Afghanistan, on October 22, 2008, from hostile action.

On October 22, 2008, the ARMY lost SGT Taylor, Deon Lamarr of BRONX, NY in BELA BELUK, AFGHANISTAN. He was 30. Cause: HOSTILE.

U.S. Army Major Robert Duane Lindenau, 39, of Camano Island, Washington, died on October 20, 2008, in Charbagh, Afghanistan, while serving with the 98th Civil Affairs Battalion.

LCPL Dryden, Stacy Ann, age 22, of NORTH CANTON, OH ? Active Duty, MARINE CORPS, 1ST SUPPLY BN, CLR-15, 1ST MLG, CAMP PENDLETON, CA, ? died on October 19, 2008 in AL ASAD, IRAQ.

U.S. Army Sergeant Federico Guerra Borjas, 33, of San Diego, California, was killed in a hostile incident at Forward Operating Base Boris, Afghanistan, on October 16, 2008.

U.S. Army Sergeant John Michael Penich, 25, of Beach Park, Illinois, was killed in hostile action on October 16, 2008, in Karangol Village, Afghanistan.

On October 15, 2008, the ARMY lost SPC Saint, Justin Andrew of ALBERTVILLE, AL in BAGHDAD, IRAQ. He was 22.

U.S. Army Sergeant Preston Ray Medley, 23, of Baker, Florida, was killed in Qazi Bandeh, Afghanistan, on October 14, 2008.
