LCPL Terry Carl Wright served with the U.S. Marine Corps' 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, part of the 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force (Forward), based out of Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
Born and raised in Scio, Ohio, Wright joined the Marines as an active duty member, dedicating himself to service in his country's armed forces. His deployments included missions in Afghanistan, the Philippines, and the Horn of Africa.
