Private First Class Brandon Thomas Pickering, 21, of Fort Thomas, Kentucky, was a U.S. Army infantryman. He died on April 10, 2011, at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany from wounds sustained in Afghanistan.

Brandon Thomas Pickering was a 21-year-old soldier from Fort Thomas, Kentucky. He served as a Private First Class with Company C, 2nd Battalion, 4th Infantry Regiment, part of the 4th Brigade Combat Team based at Fort Polk, Louisiana.
Pickering was wounded by hostile action in Afghanistan. He was subsequently evacuated to the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany for treatment, where he died of his wounds on April 10, 2011.
